Volume 10, the most recent disc in the Purdue Cytometry series, focuses on the History of Cytometry . It includes audio and video documentaries, historic photographs, and written accounts of ISAC history, of the development of the field of Cytometry, major research centers, as well as some individual career histories. 22,000 sets of the double DVD were pressed and distributed free around the world. Special features include some of the original Mack Fulwyler laboratory notes from 1964-65 showing his thought process and experimental logic as he came up with the idea of inventing the cell sorter.
Note that there are 2 DVDs in each set - one is a ROM disc viewable with a web browser, the other is a DVD video disc.
